How can I track my order?

What if my tracking hasn’t updated?.

What if my order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update your address. Once it’s been shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed, though we’ll do our best to assist.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Can I cancel my order?.

Orders can be canceled only if they haven’t shipped yet. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return once received

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. All customs duties and taxes are covered by Luxe Shine, so you won’t have to pay extra fees upon delivery.

Can I upgrade to express shipping after ordering?

Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact customer support to arrange the upgrade.
